REMPAR is the official representative of Ullman Sails in Croatia. Aquatoria Yachting in Pirovac contacted us in April with the order for sails. We handed over the order to Ullman Sails, and at the end of April we received stylish black sails for the new boat. It’s name is Odin, as the supreme god in German-Scandinavian mythology. REMPAR’S team rested under these sails in May. And it was wow!
A united and friendly team, ready to work to achieve the goals of the enterprise — any manager dreams of assembling such a team. RemPar is just such a company. We work hard and rest a lot. Moreover, most importantly — together.
“I wanted to encourage my team and show what we do so that we can be proud of these products. And the sails that we provided to the Aquatoria company are beautifully tailored. Moreover, these sails are fast. What we saw in action was that the boat was moving faster than the wind. And to be honest, this made me happy. First of all, like a yachtsman. This is cool! The team saw in reality how it works, what it is, what it looks like. Now they have seen with their own eyes what they produce: what lazy bags, sprayhoods, bimini look like. That is, the team saw how these things function and were happy. They realized that they could improve and speed up the process. These are technological issues. Guys discussed this very actively. Super! I didn’t even expect that people would perceive it so brightly. Well, the sea, the sun, going out on a yacht. It made a big impression even on me! We sang songs with a guitar, laughed and swam. I think it was very wonderful”, — Dmitrii Tatarchuk.
“I like challenges. That's the main reason why I came here because I think that this is the company with the perspective, and I would like to be a part of it. I want to participate in the development of RemPar. I love our multicultural environment because I used to live in Canada. It's challenging because every new job is a new challenge and demands a different approach. It's an interesting job. RemPar — company with a human face”, — Aleksandr Stojanovich.
“I like challenges and working with people. I like to find solutions, and that is the guiding thought at RemPar. And our products are also very beautiful”, — Ivana Simich.
“When I came to RemPar, it was a small firm. Now this is a serious company. The company has made a huge jump. I like to see how happy people are when they see the results of our work. I’m glad that we have an international team, that’s why we learn languages and cultures from each other”, — Nadja Kich.
“I have always loved being part of a team that has a common vision and positive teamwork. Each of us has the opportunity to show our creativity and every idea is welcome. Creativity is an intelligent way to have fun, and it's a lot of fun in this company. I'm satisfied, I have the opportunity to express my freedom in the work itself and to progress with it. Every day is a new challenge for me!” — Jovanka Ristevska.
“RemPar is a completely new field of activity for me. I've worked in different types of businesses, but never had anything to do with sails, sprayhoods, or other boating products. I like that everyone takes their tasks seriously and works towards results. The greatest pleasure is to see boats with our products sitting beautifully on them. Everyone in the team contributes to the cause — this is nice and right. Rempar has a plan, goals and a promising future”, — Igor Tretiakov.
“I really like the atmosphere at RemPar and the freedom to perform tasks”, — Adam Dreger.
